ALL Clients will be asked to read and sign Sudz Up Mobile Grooming’s Policy Agreement prior to any grooming services being performed.
Safety comes first for your pet and I during grooming. You must inform me prior to grooming if your pet has bitten someone or has aggressive tendencies. Owners will be held liable for any medical bills due to bites or any property damage caused by their pets. Sudz Up Mobile Grooming has the right to refuse service in the event of a pet that can NOT be handled safely. The use of muzzles, straps, etc considered acceptable safety measures. Grooming services may be stopped mid-groom if necessary for the safety of your pet the groomer and you will be charged for the portion of the groom completed or a $75 service fee whichever is greater.
Owners are responsible for keeping their pet(s) flea & tick free.
If Sudz Up Mobile Grooming finds an infestation of fleas or ticks on your pet, you will be charged an $90 cleaning fee in addition to the grooming fee.
48 Hour Notice/ Reschedule Fee:
You must notify Sudz Up Mobile Grooming at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failing to do so will cause a $50 Service Fee (Per Pet)
Any time upon arrival for an appointment within the scheduled 1 hour block and
either the pet or the pet owner is not available for grooming, a trip fee of $75 will be imposed for the time and travel set aside by Sudz Up Mobile Grooming.
Gated/ Security Guard Communities:
You must provide Sudz Up Mobile Grooming with gate code at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, OR, you must provide security with our arrival information BEFORE we arrive at the security checkpoint. Failing to do so will cause your appointment to be cancelled and a $75 Service Fee (Per Pet).
Sudz Up Mobile Grooming May Reschedule Appointment:
Sudz Up Mobile Grooming may need to reschedule appointments from time to time due to equipment failure, traffic, weather, sickness, etc. Every effort will be made to contact you with as much notice as possible to work with you for rescheduling.
We at Sudz Up Mobile Grooming Love to take photos and videos of your animals. This being said, your pet(s) may be featured on our Website, Facebook, Instagram, or for any other marketing or advertising purposes.
Release of Liability from Home/Property Damage:
As a mobile pet grooming company, part of our service involves the convenience of being able to groom your pet(s) while you are away at work, shopping, or the gym. As the owner or caregiver, I give Sudz Mobile Grooming permission to perform scheduled grooming appointments while I am away from home. Sudz Up Mobile Grooming will not be held responsible for any damages or theft to my home, property, or yard while on the service call for grooming my pet(s).
Signature Required for Grooming Services:
I do here by entrust my pet(s) to Sudz Up Mobile Grooming for the purpose of grooming my pet(s). I am aware that all due care will be taken with my pet(s) for the safety of pet & groomer.
Sudz Up Mobile Grooming does not accept responsibility for any claims, damages, or liabilities related directly or indirectly to any pre-existing pet health issue, known or unknown, that may resurface at or following the grooming service(s) provided by all parties acting on behalf of Sudz Up Mobile Grooming.
I authorize Sudz Up Mobile Grooming to act as my agent in the event emergency veterinarian services, boarding, and/or transportation is necessary, and I agree to pay all costs.
